With the support of awesome customers and friends, plus some sweet skills from the Chocolate Academy, it's now soaring to new heights. So, meet Pomme Cocoa, born in Applecross, crafted by a French expat, mum of two, anxiety warrior, and all-around fan of beauty and good vibes! I believe in the importance of enjoying life’s simple little pleasures and bringing happiness through chocolate. 

And the name? The name Pomme Cocoa is more than just a catchy title. It's a representation of my childhood memories in Normandy, where I learned to appreciate the art of fine ingredients and the pleasures of creating something special. Pomme, meaning apple, is the perfect symbol for the flavor and quality that I strive to maintain in my chocolates.
